Mission
Aircraft Managers Insurance Group (AMIG) leverages the collective strength of our members to disrupt the antiquated and stifling practices of the aviation insurance market. Our mission is to take control of the insurance process for the benefit of both the fleets under management and our members.
Membership Value
AMIG was founded to pursue three guiding principles:
• Promote Operations and Risk Management Best Practices
• Achieve Scale to Lower Premiums and Improve Coverages
• Allow Aircraft Managers to Financially Benefit from the Safety and Scale they Deliver
Aircraft Managers who join AMIG must be IS-BAO registered and Wingman Certified.
Aircraft Mangers gain access to AMIG’s fleet insurance program, which delivers highly competitive insurance rates through our scale and buying power with the insurance companies.
Finally, our AMIG members receive annual dividends based on their volume of insurance business and the underwriting profitability of our insurance program.
There is no cost to join AMIG, but an Aircraft Manager must be approved for membership. Approval is based on the manager’s commitment to safety and claims track record.
